Airport Terminal Services - - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate; Make and assist with reservations, tickets, itineraries, fares, refunds, and baggage handling; Manage lost and found activities and baggage claims; Answer inquiries regarding flight schedules and general travel information; Verify tickets and documents, coordinate passenger reservations and luggage for boarding/departures
