Warehouse Technician Part-time level 1

POSITION SUMMARY:To assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of all ERMI products.Essential duties and responsibilities:Perform assembly and sub-assembly task required to produce new ERMI products using a variety of shop toolsDiagnose and resolve problems during the assembly processWork alone and with others to build a complete unitDemonstrate consistency and accuracy of workUse an understanding of the product's design and purpose to test and inspect all new or used devices including tracking any defects found.Assist in the breakdown of devices for cleaning, repair, or modificationAssist management in keeping an inventory of partsAssist in any other task related to the construction, maintenance, repair, or modification of new or used devices.Assist in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of assembly and repair areasAny other miscellaneous projects/assignments assigned by EMI's manufacturing management teamEDUCATION:High School Diploma or GED requiredSome college preferredPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Ability to work on feet for an extended period of timeAbility to lift and move 50 lbs.WORK ENVIRONMENT: A large percentage of work time is spent in a warehouse environment where the temps are controlled but could fluctuate.
