Since 1999 Peasant has been a Nolita staple. Chef Marc Forgione carries on the Peasant tradition of wood fired cooking. Peasant is a unique, Italian restaurant that provides a welcoming sense of hospitality and comforting rustic Italian cooking. We seek passionate hospitality professionals interested in working in a collaborative, team environment.We are currently hiring Line Cooks who are comfortable working in a wood fired kitchen.
