We are a growing commercial landscaping and snow removal company serving Central Indiana. Our mission is simple: deliver consistent, professional service while building a strong, reliable team. We are currently hiring Landscape Crew Members — experience preferred but not required. If you’re dependable and willing to learn, we’ll train you. What You’ll Be Doing As a valued team member, you’ll assist with: Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging Mulch installation and bed maintenance Pruning, planting, and landscape enhancements Spring and fall cleanups Loading and unloading materials and equipment Assisting with irrigation and property detail work During winter months: Snow removal operations Shoveling, salting, and equipment support Experienced team members may also: Operate skid steers or compact equipment Pull trailers Assist with job site coordination What We’re Looking For Landscaping experience preferred (entry-level welcome) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver’s license preferred Positive attitude and willingness to grow If you show up on time and work hard, you’ll succeed here.
