A company is looking for a UKG Ready Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Audit timekeeping and payroll data to ensure accuracy
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with various departments to enhance data management processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience working within UKG Ready
Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures
Hands-on experience with parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation
Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality workforces preferred
