Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) Administrative Services in our Program Quality Department will supervise a team that provides administrative support to Case Managers and other staff. The Program Manager will engage their staff, peers, and leadership with integrity and authenticity and will be responsible for creating and maintaining an engaged and supportive team culture. The Program Manager will oversee support plan documentation review and distribution, PAR entry, records management, and various other administrative tasks. This position will coordinate with other teams to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate workflow development and execution.
Our ideal Program Manager Administrative Services will be a subject matter expert with strong organizational, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication skills, and use judgment to make business decisions based on the needs of the department or program. Also, they will lead their teams to deliver outcomes for internal and external partners while maintaining confidentiality, assuring rights are protected, and adhering to the organization's mission, vision, and values.
This is a 40-hour per week, hybrid position, with the benefit of working remotely and in-person coming into our headquarters office in Aurora, CO and/or off-site locations.

Required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in the field, OR
Five (5) years of experience in the field of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), which includes Developmental Disabilities; OR
Some combination of education and relevant experience appropriate to the requirements of the position
Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
Meet our driving requirements - no suspensions and no more than two (2) tickets in the past three (3) years
Upon request, qualifying need, and approval, driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.
Preferred
Two years of experience with direct supervision and/or project management
Working knowledge of the Medicaid Long Term Care system
Additional Responsibilities
Provide oversight and support to a wide variety of business processes, reporting mechanisms, and trend analyses
Foster and maintain an inclusive team with productive team cohesion and dynamics
Observe, directly supervise, evaluate, and document performance; ensure performance evaluations are completed and reviewed for all assigned staff
Address staff disciplinary issues in consultation with the Associate Director and Human Resources
Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for open positions, as needed
Lead and collaborate with others on all aspects of project management, with emphasis on stakeholder communication, resource availability, and impact to the community
Ensure all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines regarding persons served, processes, and funding are met. Ensures timely and efficient completion of documentation for funding continuity
Ensure workloads are covered in the event of absenteeism and/or staff vacancies, and monitor workloads, as appropriate
Oversee relevant data input and maintenance of accurate data, ensuring internal documentation is kept updated, as appropriate
Ensure confidentiality of information is maintained per Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) rules and regulations
