This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage jobs, coordinate schedules, and ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple jobs and oversee day-to-day field operationsSchedule and coordinate subcontractorsLead and participate in jobsite meetingsOrder materials and manage deliveriesSchedule and coordinate equipment usageEnsure projects stay on schedule and within budgetEnforce safety standards and maintain complianceRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsMaintain quality control across all phases of constructionRequired Experience:Concrete:Pile capsGrade beamsStem wallsPad footingsElevated cast-in-place decksTie beams and columnsMasonry:Wall layoutMasonry openingsWall heightsLintelsTie beamsQualifications:5+ years of experience in structural shell constructionProven experience in a Superintendent or similar roleStrong knowledge of concrete and masonry practicesAbility to manage schedules, crews, and multiple job sitesStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusOSHA certificationCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary (based on experience)Performance bonusesPaid time offHealth Benefits Opportunities for growth
