AquaSol is also expanding into developing starch-based superabsorbents for personal care applications, emphasizing sustainability and reduced environmental impact.Position SummaryThe R&D Chemist will lead the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of innovative, bio-based chemical solutions. This role is heavily focused on chemical synthesis, particularly organic and carbohydrate (starch-based) chemistry, and translating laboratory innovation into real-world performance.
