Delray Beach, FloridaFulltimeRole OverviewReporting to the Director of Nursing for Trauma/Neurosciences, the Trauma Program Manager (TPM) provides administrative, operational, and quality oversight for the hospital's trauma program in collaboration with the Trauma Medical Director (TMD).The TPM ensures compliance with American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma (Client COT) standards, state trauma regulations, and hospital policies.
