Shipping - 2nd Shift

DescriptionEssential Functions: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:Receive constructive performance feedbackMaintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.Obtain and sort orders by placing them on respective pallets.Load the appropriate trailer with the completed orders and making sure that orders are on the truck before a designated shipping time.Shrink wraps product to pallet to secure articles for shipment.Operate electric pallet jack to move, convey or hoist shipments from shipping area to storage or truck.Label all shipping pallets with appropriate shipping labelsFollow safety rules for personal protections and the protection of others; including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Perform quality audits on shipping cartonsRun and maintain print and apply areaPackage and tape all shipping cartonsBrick stack load all cartons on to the trailersBill and provide packing slipsEnsure accurate weight specifications for each outgoing cartonReaderLink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
