Kitchen Staff Position at Goat Patch Brewing CompanyAs a member of the kitchen staff at Goat Patch Brewing Company's Grazing Goat Kitchen at our Northgate location, you will be responsible for preparing and serving quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. You will help us create a welcoming environment by supporting our food operations with professionalism, teamwork, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Creation and preparation of all food menu items safely while following correct Health Code proceduresMaintain a clean and functional workspaceMaintain a clean and functional Prep SpaceOnly use equipment with care and precautions, making sure to correctly clean and sanitize after useCommunicate effectively with coworkers and managementFollow and complete all checklists and duties in placeHold oneself to a high and consistent standard with health and safety at the forefront of all tasksAdvocate for GPB including all sales, word of mouth advertisement and information relayed to customersAdhere to company policies and procedures as stated in HandbookSelf-motivate during shift and perform activities with respect and prideResponsible for safety and well-being of patrons and selfResponsible for accurate tracking and accounting food salesResponsible for respectful and admirable representation of Goat Patch Brewing CompanyAble to move, lift, and safely handle kitchen equipment and stored goods.
