OptimalShip also provides a world-class customer service team who provide immediate assistance and make international shipping easy. The shipping platform, OptimalShip.com, provides DHL shipping services at highly discounted rates with the benefit of instant quotes and shipping label preparation, all with no subscription or monthly fees. What will I be doing? As a telephone sales rep, you will have the title Regional Account Manager, and you will be contacting businesses throughout the United States inviting them to choose DHL for their international shipping. Those who accept your invitation will receive DHL Export and/or Import shipping numbers that provide highly discounted international shipping rates. You will also introduce new clients to the OptimalShip.com online shipping platform that is available with no subscription or monthly fees. What skills do I need? The best sales reps make intense use of their call time, reaching as many potential clients as possible. They are sociable, coachable, and able to have solid verbal conversations with clients and potential clients. Our sales reps should have a strong work ethic and be able to manage work independently. Bringing in new DHL shipping clients requires one to be friendly and tenacious. We strive to give every potential new client a pleasant and professional conversational experience as we make our calls. Available hours for this position: CUSTOM SCHEDULING Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm We are looking for an availability of: 15-20 hours a week Select a morning, mid-day or afternoon schedule. Working the same 3 or 4 hours per day is preferred. Open Monday-Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13 per hour base pay + incentives Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills (oral and written) Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other standard desktop functions. Sales or mission experience preferred.
