Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $265000.00 - $300000.00 A highly reputablemulti-specialty group in Indiana is looking for a board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine provider to join their growing team. Highlights: Join a talented team of established FMs, IMs,NPs, PAs, CNM, RNs, and MAs Outpatient only practice 20-25 patients per day with 1:1 MA support Great mentorship opportunity for resident physicians Established patient population, busy from day one On-site practice manager (shes fantastic) Option to utilize new AI program for charting Opportunity to become a Partner after 1 year Teaching opportunities with two family medicine residencies & IU School of Medicine Compensation & Benefits: Excellent compensation package including health, dental, disability, life, & retirement plans CME stipend Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Residency Stipend Community: South Bend, Indiana is a medium sized city, with many excellent schools and great neighborhoods.
