6164OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:The Talent Agent Manager takes responsibility for the delivery of sales and operations of their personal desk and the Agents under their leadership. The position requires a hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves and working independently and with a team to achieve goals, meet quotas, bring forward fresh sales strategies to increase client satisfaction and to grow sales. Strong knowledge of Contingent, Project, Freelance, Referred and Direct Hire staffing infrastructures is a must. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: The Talent Agent Manager will lead and monitor direct reports to ensure the employees achieve the goals of their individual role and bring value to the Company's growth. The manager will motivate staff through ongoing positive reinforcement, clear, consistent communication, and demonstrating emotional intelligence. The number of days per week in each environment may vary based on the needs of the company, the division, Huddle, and/or personal performance needs.Qualify, acquire, service, maintain and expand client baseObtain and negotiate terms of job orders (temp, temp to full-time and full-time) solicited from the business communityForm a solid partnership with the Recruiting Manager to foster effective and result orientated recruitment strategiesNegotiate compensation, match, and supervise qualified Healthcare Professionals to the clients' specific job requirementsEffectively market qualified Healthcare Professionals to respective employers creating a resultAccountable for your activity and that of the team members that report to youMeet and exceed personal and your direct reports productivity requirementsComplete understanding of all aspects of company operationsMaintain accurate attendance recordsPeople Matter. Review performance and career progression weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually (Performance Standards).Responsible for ongoing training and development of team membersDevelop and maintain sales strategies to promote new and existing client developmentMaintain a proactive recruiting campaign for qualified Huddle Group membersDemonstrate active listening to all requests, ideas, suggestions and grievances of team members and respond as appropriateComply with all reporting requirements and company campaignsComply with all company policies and proceduresActively campaign target accounts - heavy salesMaintain performance standards and increase sales for temporary billing and full-time cash- inMaintain credit and collection standards in accordance with company policiesMaintain accurate records including timely data entry in OA Net of sales, order fulfillment activityMaximize cash-in by utilizing the company's business philosophy and sales techniquesEffectively manage all collections and aging of own accounts referring to manager when necessaryProcess weekly temporary payrollComply with Corporate expense report guidelines.
