Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting outreach efforts to identify new opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts. The position also involves analyzing customer needs, coordinating recycling services tailored to their requirements, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude to build and maintain client relationshipsProficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team membersExperience in account management and customer service to oversee and nurture client partnershipsAnalytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored recycling solutionsOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficientlyProficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools or similar systems is a plusExperience or interest in sustainability or electronics recycling is advantageousKey ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Research and reach out to local businesses, schools, and healthcare facilities to discuss their electronic waste and data destruction needs.Relationship Management: Check in regularly with existing clients to schedule pickups and ensure they are satisfied with our service.Site Visits: Visit client locations to assess the volume of equipment (laptops, servers, monitors) and provide basic service quotes.Logistics Coordination: Act as the bridge between the client and our warehouse team to coordinate smooth equipment removals.Education: Explain the importance of data security and environmental compliance to potential partners.
