Role Description Residence Inn by Marriott is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage the daily housekeeping operations of our hotel in Corpus Christi, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for monitoring housekeeping staff, managing inventory and supplies, overseeing laundry operations, and ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property. The Housekeeping Manager will also play a key role in hiring and training housekeeping staff while maintaining property standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and train a team effectivelyExperience with laundry operations and maintaining cleaning standardsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in hiring and onboarding staffAttention to detail and ability to address cleanliness and maintenance issuesAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysFamiliarity with hotel operations and housekeeping procedures is a plusExperience in a similar managerial role is strongly preferred
