Role DescriptionThe Shift Manager will help ensure the retail shop operates in accordance with the company's principles, systems, and culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the team during their shift, ensuring excellent service to team members and guests, and supporting management in day-to-day operations and goals.
