This role applies knowledge of cyber operations, architectures, systems, hardware/software components, protocols, and technologies to analyze proposals, project plans, and technical deliverables.Location: Linthicum, MD (Hybrid)Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze proposals, project plans, and deliverables for technical accuracy and completenessDraft, edit, and coordinate plans across multiple stakeholders and organizations to support integration of cyber capabilities into infrastructure baselines while following legal, regulatory, and security requirementsConduct project planning activities including development and management of technical requirements, budget forecasts, estimates, and schedulesIntegrate technical knowledge with operational and threat intelligence information to create holistic capability proposals for transition to operational useSupport technical teams focused on cyber tools and technologiesCollaborate with mission partners and stakeholders across multiple organizationsRequired QualificationsMust have and maintain an Active Top Secret/SCI clearanceExperience leading technical teams focused on cyber tools or technologiesProject management experience including requirement development and cost estimationKnowledge of the principles and practices of counterintelligence functional services, collection, investigations, and operationsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of customers and mission partnersUnderstanding and awareness of the latest cyber technologies and applicationsMaster’s degree with at least 10 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 18 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of recent applicable DoD experiencePreferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting a counterintelligence unitSystems engineering and enterprise system architecture experienceExperience in strategic initiatives and collection design to create new leads using applied technical meansStrong oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environmentFlexibility to adapt to changing situationsPMP, DAWIA Level I, or equivalent certification desiredAvailable to travelApply for PositionWorking at AssuritAssurit is an award winning, certified small business headquartered in Fairfax, VA.
