Join us in our commitment to serving our local communities and maintaining our iconic American brand.General Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service and lead your shift teamPreparing shift reports as required by managementMaintain the presence of adequate merchandise levels and store appearanceOperate the store and ensure all company policies and procedures are followedQualifications/Experience/Education:Customer service, leadership, & basic computer skillsRetail experience is a plus but not required (we will train you!)Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and operate a dolly/handcart for heavier itemsPrevious customer service experience is a plus.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, or equivalent experience.
