Then get in touch with us!Job DescriptionSalary Range: $38,000 - $42,000Position SummaryAssembles automotive quick connectors using manual, semi-automated, and fully automated processes by performing the following duties:Essential FunctionsAssembles O-rings, clips, shipping plugs & caps into parts according to part procedureUnderstands the machine and its functions and operate according to the procedure, following all safety proceduresReads and understands job procedureEnsure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, as well as company policiesConducts leak testing as required by part procedureConducts in-process parts inspection to ensure product quality and completenessAs designated, trains manufacturing associates in procedures and processesEnsures daily production schedule is attainedKnowledge of Leading2LeanKnowledge of SAPMaintains a clean and organized work area, in compliance with 5S requirementsPerforms and understands importance of processes in place to ensure machine is running accurately (such as running duds and/or use of gauges)Keeps machines running with minimal downtimePerforms basic repair and setupQualificationsEducation / ExperienceHigh School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus 6-12 months related light manufacturing experience requiredAdditional InformationThis is a 1st shift position.
