Quality Management Coordinator

A healthcare organization focused on delivering quality patient care and operational excellence is seeking a Quality Management Coordinator to support nursing behavioral health, risk management, and quality management initiatives. This role is responsible for auditing, analyzing documentation, and preparing detailed quality reports to support compliance and patient safety standards.Responsibilities:Summarize and prepare monthly audit reports across various clinical and behavioral health unitsConduct reviews related to:Mock codesNursing assignmentsHand hygiene compliance1:1 observationsQ15 observationsClose and constant observationsFull body restraints documentationHandcuff and shackles documentationTwo-point restraints documentationAnalyze clinical documentation findings and identify trends or areas requiring improvementPrepare monthly reports for Nursing Behavioral Health Department, Risk Management, and Quality ManagementMaintain accurate audit records and reporting documentationCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality assurance initiativesEnsure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standardsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree requiredMaster's Degree preferredMinimum three years of relevant experience requiredExperience with Quality Assurance processes requiredFamiliarity with Health Home policies requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite requiredExperience using EPIC requiredStrong analytical, documentation, and reporting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPlease note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $25.00 - 30.00/hr is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
