We are looking for a State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our residents in a nursing home, long-term care facility, or rehabilitation center. The successful candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and will be able to provide compassionate care while following all safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities: Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with activities of daily living such as eating, toileting, and ambulation. Monitor vital signs and document changes in patient's condition. Provide emotional support to patients and families. Help with rehabilitation activities such as range of motion exercises and transfers. Assist with medical equipment such as oxygen tanks and wheelchairs.
