Sales Business Administrator

Job Title: Sales Business AdministratorPurposeThe Sales Business Administrator supports the sales and customer service teams by managing key administrative and operational tasks that drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in maintaining internal systems, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Primary ResponsibilitiesSales & Administrative SupportSupport the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including quote and order processingReview quotes and orders for accuracy and completeness prior to submission or approvalMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, pipelines, and sales dataAssist in lead generation activities, including researching potential clients, vertical markets, and revenue opportunities Customer Account & Onboarding SupportComplete customer onboarding paperwork, forms, and contract documentationSet up and maintain customer portals and account accessAssist with customer and supplier surveys, as well as internal customer experience initiativesRespond to or help route customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and strong service Systems & Data ManagementManage and maintain ERP system updates and data accuracyAssist with testing ERP changes prior to implementationWork with large data sets, including list segmentation and reporting (strong Excel skills required)Identify and flag data or process inconsistencies Reporting & CoordinationPrepare sales reports, presentations, and support materials for Sales Management and Outside SalesCoordinate quarterly business reviews and supplier sales meetings, including preparation of materialsCollaborate with Sales, Suppliers, Marketing, and Operations to support campaigns and initiativesAssist in building and maintaining competitive landscape insights (local market, key players, etc.) Customer ExperienceProvide high-quality customer support by assisting with inquiries, issue resolution, and follow-upSupport internal customer experience programs, including loyalty and feedback initiatives Skills & QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent work experience35 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service roleStrong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets (required)Experience with ERP/CRM systems and data managementStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable collaborating across multiple teamsPowered by JazzHRPIc8fc36896ab0-26289-40486656
