Opportunities for growth within Vista Host’s expanding portfolio.Duties And Responsibilities Supervise the housekeeping staff, providing open communication, training,coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and efficiency. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensurecompliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards. Issue assignments to staff, considering special requests and areas of focus tomaintain smooth operations. Distribute supplies to staff at the start of each shift, managing inventory andcontrolling expenses. Respond to guest requests, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure guestsatisfaction. Manage Lost and Found, logging items and handling guest inquiries. Follow emergency procedures to protect the hotel, guests, staff, and assets. Comply with attendance rules and be available for regular shifts. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall housekeepingoperations.Position Requirements Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
