Role Description The Invoicing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Goshen, IN. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the billing process, preparing accurate invoices, managing client billing information, and assisting with accounting duties. The position also requires effective communication with clients to address invoicing questions or discrepancies and ensuring timely billing to support seamless operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Billing Processes and Invoicing systemsExperience with Client Billing and Accounts ManagementStrong skills in Communication, both written and verbalBasic knowledge of Accounting and financial record-keepingAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracyAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environmentProficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in accounting or bookkeeping are beneficial
