The company emphasizes customer and employee success through technology innovation while maintaining a strong commitment to inclusion and community support.About the OpportunityThe Agile Program Manager leads strategic and operational improvement initiatives within the Managed Services business unit. This role oversees Agile program delivery for technology integrations, AI automation initiatives, cloud migrations, and infrastructure tooling. The position ensures effective communication, change management, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery outcomes across complex technology programs.Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end Agile delivery for strategic and operational initiatives within Managed Services.• Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across delivery teams.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure productive outcomes.• Manage and maintain delivery backlogs in collaboration with technical leads and service owners.• Support team development, remove delivery roadblocks, and promote a sustainable pace of work.• Empower team members while maintaining delivery quality and accountability.• Develop communication and change management plans for deployments.• Create delivery roadmaps, project charters, and status reports for stakeholders.• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across teams and vendors.• Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate program risks.• Align priorities through effective influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management.• Promote Continuous Service Improvement and process excellence.• Support ITSM process implementations, ensuring appropriate scoping and documentation.• Collaborate with service owners to align outcomes with ITIL standards.• Track and report delivery metrics and key performance indicators.• Own and manage the internal release management process, coordinating deployments and stakeholder readiness.Requirements• Experience leading Agile delivery within complex technology environments.• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives involving diverse stakeholders.• Strong communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL standards.• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach delivery teams.• Strong risk management and continuous service improvement capabilities.Pay Range and Compensation Package• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
