They will be responsible for stocking and restocking merchandise, conducting daily inventory audits, tracking product distribution, and ensuring quality assurance. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, collaborating with other departments to optimize inventory management and product availability. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory systems are crucial for maintaining smooth operations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for processing stock intakes, replenishment by ensuring we have the appropriate products on the sales floor fully stocked and on display.Maintain and communicate current stock levels for merchandise, ensuring awareness of inventory status at all times.Ensure the back of house is kept up to standards, organized and clean.Adhere to all policies and procedures, and train others to help minimize stock loss.Attach price tags and sensor tags, and properly prepare merchandise for floor display.Cleans display cases, shelves, and aisles.Participates in conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly audits.Comply with inventory control procedures.Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Daily ComplianceDaily compliance with company policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust be 21 years of age or older. NV State Agent Card Required.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat.
