Must have Strong computer technical skills with Microsoft 365 and Apple products. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Answer phones Front office communication (managing all personnel coming through the front office) Download statements and confirmations, year-end statements and tax documents Shred process incoming and outgoing Check deposits go to bank to deposit checks. Manage office inventory in charge of all machinery. Should it malfunction, contact the appropriate vendor to resolve the issue Quarterly books - print and bind books. Meeting books - print and bind books. Kitchen - make sure all items are put away. Food in the fridge or trash.
