Home Infusion Billing Coordinator (Remote, U.S.)Are you an experienced home infusion billing professional with 2+ years of direct billing and accounts receivable experience? Join our team as a Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement for infusion therapies. This is a remote, full-time role with a pay rate up to $25/hour .Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end billing and reimbursement for home infusion services.Resolve complex claims and denials , ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements.Collaborate with clinical, operations, and finance teams to remove reimbursement barriers.Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) records and track performance metrics.Utilize Brightree or similar home infusion billing platforms to optimize claim processing.Required Qualifications2+ years of direct home infusion billing experience.2+ years in maintaining HIPAA compliance.Strong Accounts Receivable (payor collections) and front-end billing experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word .Brightree (or equivalent) platform experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience may substitute.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with national home infusion providers (e.g., CVS/Coram/Quorum).Proven ability to reduce denials and improve AR outcomes .Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills .Why You'll Love This RoleFully remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.High-impact position with a single headcount priority .Opportunity to work in a fast-growing home infusion environment .#J-18808-Ljbffr
