Over the years, we’ve built strong partnerships with leading integration platforms such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, and Dell Boomi, enabling us to focus on technologies that apply across industries.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive for initial staffing at our Austin, Texas branch office. If you are a looking for a role that grows with the business – this might be the role. You will be instrumental in identifying, securing, and nurturing our private sector client base. This is a hunter role with significant focus on prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals.Our initial industries of interest will include investment management and manufacturing. Armed with deep list of existing clients - you will showcase iTechtions experience and bring on new clients. We expect this role to grow with the business.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and research prospective clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking events, industry research, and other lead-generation methodsBuild and maintain strong, long-term, and collaborative relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CIOs, VP of HR, IT Directors) via phone, text, email, and social mediaProactively build a robust pipeline of new business through focused networking events, cold outreach, and strategic researchExecute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, and virtual meetings).Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., expanding services to additional departments or locations)Participate in client entertainment, industry events, and networking to strengthen relationships and generate referralsRequired Qualifications:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing new businessAbility to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetingsPassion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional jobStrong hunter mentality with excellent prospecting, cold-calling, and objection-handling skillsExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both verbal and written)Comfortable with and occasional travel to industry conferences and eventsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure (aggressive accelerators)Comprehensive benefits package including health/dental coverage, 401(k), paid time offOngoing sales training, mentorship, and career development opportunitiesOpportunity to build a strong personal book of business with long-term earning potential
