Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laborer at our location in Roanoke, VA. The individual in this role will perform a variety of manual tasks to assist with environmental cleanup, industrial maintenance, site preparation, and excavation. Responsibilities include operating tools and equipment, loading and unloading materials, assisting with hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Laborer will work closely with a team to ensure efficient and safe completion of all tasks while adhering to company safety standards. Qualifications Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the operation of tools and equipmentPhysical capability to perform manual labor, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periodsKnowledge of safety protocols and procedures for hazardous materials and industrial work environmentsAbility to work well in a team-oriented environment and follow detailed instructionsDriver’s license and clean driving record preferredPrevious experience in industrial services, construction, or environmental cleanup is a plusWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and in varying environmental conditionsCommitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment
