If you want to work for a company that is not only a household name, but also truly cares about satisfying customers' financial needs and helping people succeed financially, apply today.Contract Duration: 12+ MonthsRequired Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in QA, UAT, or testing within enterprise environmentsStrong manual testing and defect management experienceHands-on experience with JIRAExperience supporting UAT and SIT in Agile delivery environmentsAbility to create and execute detailed test scenarios and documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate technical requirements into user/customer experience flowsStrong communication skills and comfort engaging with stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in fast-moving, highly visible projectsPreferred / Nice-to-Have QualificationsExperience in financial services, banking, or merchant servicesFamiliarity with:Merchant onboarding platformsMerchant profile systemsDigital/web integration initiativesWeb (and some exposure to mobile) testing conceptsFamiliarity with internal banking toolsExperience using Octane or similar test management toolsStrong understanding of customer onboarding experiences vs. payments processingWhat You Will Be DoingSupport testing efforts from project initiation through production releaseExecute manual testing across: Lower environments. System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production validationCreate, execute, and maintain: Test plans, Test scenarios, Test cases, Defect documentationPartner closely with: Product owners, Developers, QA peers, Business and operational stakeholdersValidate merchant onboarding and merchant profile workflows across enterprise web platformsIdentify, document, and communicate defects, risks, and testing issuesParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, status meetings)Support multiple initiatives concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities
