Seasonal Maintenance Positions The Parks and Recreation Department is looking for hardworking individuals who have an interest in providing safe, clean and fun parks and recreational areas for our residents and guests. Our maintenance team members have a passion for working outdoors on athletic fields and facilities, in parks and playgrounds, on beaches and plant beds, and throughout downtown Laconia. We routinely take on such tasks as game preps, landscape projects and maintenance, grounds and plant bed upkeep and beautification, beach and seasonal facilities care and maintenance. Workdays are mostly outdoors in varied weather conditions. Must have the physical stamina and agility required to perform manual maintenance tasks. Valid Operator Driver's License is required. Seasonal Maintenance Positions include Full and Part-time hours ranging in duration from 12-24 weeks. Summer work hours: Mon-Thur, 6am-3pm and Fri 6am-10am. Pay rate: $18.00/hr + DOE.
