Job Details Location: Charleston, SC 29425 — Charleston healthcare jobs, Charleston travel nursing Assignment Type: Travel Nurse assignment (Travel RN) Setting: Vascular Operating Room (CVOR) – Level I Trauma Center, Magnet Hospital Start Date: March 23, 2026 End Date: June 22, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (06:30 – 19:00), Monday–Friday (36 hours/week) On-Call: 5–8 calls per month; includes some weekends and possible holiday call Charting: EPIC (EPIC charting experience preferred) Parking: Onsite parking available with a one-time registration fee Estimated Weekly Salary: $2130-$2250/week CVOR RN Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) experience – scrub and circulate complex vascular cases Active South Carolina RN license or compact/multi-state RN license in hand at start BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required) Radiation badge provided by agency Experience with community hospitals and Level I or II trauma centers preferred Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred Travel nursing experience preferred (travel RN) Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted) Key Responsibilities Scrub and circulate for a wide range of vascular and endovascular procedures including Endovascular interventions, TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, Thrombectomy, Amputation, Carotid surgery, AV fistula procedures, and other complex CVOR cases Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced operating room environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Interventional Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy, IV team, Rapid Response) to optimize patient outcomes Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled, including weekends and holidays when required Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and adhere to all charting standards Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures (including hurricane season preparedness) Why Charleston?
