Our Haslet facility operates around the clock, exclusively supporting the LEGO Group on a 24/7 schedule.We offer diverse opportunities across four crews, accommodating both day and night shifts. Our unique schedule features 12-hour shifts for three days, supplemented by an additional 6-hour shift on the fourth day. Able to maintain quality standards including differentiating between products, colors and distinguishing features Perform basic mathematical functions accurately with minimal support Diagnose and resolve issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions for mechanical and Automation equipment Utilize basic tools to make proper machine adjustments as needed to maintain operational efficiency Communicate effectively within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution. Ensure proper fill weights with Quality Ensure Production Associates on the machine/production line are performing job duties as assigned Verify that the correct packaging material is in use Correct all machine errors/stops as quickly as possible. Complete all required paperwork that applies to specific areas and products Palletize products appropriately Identify defective products Operate a pallet jack, pallet wrapper, and other required equipment Seek continuous improvement Other duties as assigned RequirementsEDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED preferredWarehouse ExperienceOn the job training providedSkills, Knowledge & AbilitiesKnowledge gained through on the job training of company products, policies, and proceduresSkill in operating various equipment as needed to perform the jobAbility to pay close attention to detailAbility to function cooperatively and effectively in a team environment with peers and personnel in other departmentsAbility to keep company and customer information that is discussed or viewed while under employment with Truvant confidentialAbility to adhere to all regulatory and company policies, procedures, work instructions including but not limited to: Truvant policies, customer specific policies, ISO, GMP’s, USDA, regulatory food safety and food defensePhysical And Environmental RequirementsMust be able to read documents, printouts, computer screens and other communication Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers Must be able to reach, touch, grasp Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time Must be able to climb, stoop/kneel, lift, pull and push Must be able to conduct yourself in a safe manner to avoid accidents while on the production floor.
