This business unit is dedicated to advancing fireplace technology and design, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and comfort.The Sales Analytics Lead plays a critical role for the Fireplace Business Unit in driving the sales team's productivity and effectiveness. This role is responsible for enabling and ensuring the highest level of productivity of the sales team by supporting sales strategy and leveraging data-driven insights to support our sales excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analytics, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales efficiency and execution. As a trusted advisor, this role will partner closely with sales leadership to create meaningful analytics that create data-driven insights for their team.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive reporting and analytics focused on supporting sales execution and velocity through data-driven insightsDesign, implement, and enhance analytics frameworks that measure sales effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvementEstablish and refine standardized reporting for sales operations, including pipeline analysis, forecasting accuracy, and sales cycle efficiencyDevelop and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and cadence to provide real-time visibility into sales trends, enabling data-driven decision-makingConduct deep-dive analysis on leading and lagging indicators to uncover opportunities for revenue growth and process optimizationProvide sales leadership with regular reporting on sales team and account performance, offering strategic insights to improve productivity and revenue generationCollaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and enhance reporting capabilitiesDrive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in sales processes and implementing analytics-based solutions Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5 or more years of demonstrated experience in the areas of analytics, sales operations, and/or financeProven experience in sales analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or sales operations with a strong focus on data-driven decision-makingExperience with Power BI or Tableau analytics toolsDemonstrated problem-solving experienceStrong understanding of the capture and utilization of data to drive increased sales performance and revenue attainmentExpertise in creating reports and dashboards on key sales metricsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExpertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, analytics tools, and data visualization techniquesAdvanced modeling skills with a passion for using data to drive better decision-makingExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong planning and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience directly leading teamsExperience with Salesforce CRMDemonstrated ability to adapt to continuous improvement driven change with a positive attitudeIn addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, and Retirement Benefits).
