Full-time DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible and accountable for day to day administration, monitoring and resolving system/network issues. Looking for someone who is motivated, driven, and growth-oriented, that wants to be involved in developing, implementing and supporting all systems under RevOne Companies and all other entities.Essential Duties Of The PositionTier 1 growing toward Tier 2 supportProfessional client interaction System documentation maintenance and costumer communicationsDiagnostic skills around technical issuesTechnical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriatelyManage/support all software/networksAssign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.Maintain network servers such as files servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems.Monitor ticketing system; identify and address any issuesAdminister servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.Work in a demanding, deadline-driven environmentAny other duties as assigned by management.Responsibilities Of The PositionBasic knowledge, willing to learn the following:Windows server (2012 R2, 2016, and 2019) environmentWindows Active DirectoryWindows Group PolicyVMWare environmentMicrosoft Exchange environmentCisco Catalyst SwitchesCisco VPN and Firewall (ASA)DNS and DHCPMaintain Nimble SANPaloAlto Web FilterMaintain server hardwareMaintain nightly backupMonitor network monitoring softwareCreate new usersManage FTP accountsCreate, maintain and manage VPN tunnelsIT equipment inventoryAssist with help desk callsCollaborates with manager to identify own learning needs and set goals using available resources to meet these needs/goalsMaintains working knowledge of company, client and healthcare market through participation and by reading updates and other provided communicationWorks in collaboration with other departmental associates, as well as clients supporting their efforts through teamwork and the acceptance of additional assignmentsAccepts responsibility for own actions, while taking ownership of departmental outcomesRequirementsRequirements Of The PositionAssociates Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related field; combination of education and 2+ years’ experienceExperience in hardware support and system operationExperience in forming relationships with internal users, external customers and vendors. Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skillsDetail oriented with strong problem solving skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to carry various equipment to different locations throughout companyAbility to bend, stoop, maneuver into tight or confined spaces, and perform to install and connect equipmentAbility to travel to various floors and locations throughout the companySalary Description $40,000-50,000
