Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems. Handle inbound phone calls professionally, offering assistance in both English and Spanish. Provide prompt, courteous customer service to clients and visitors. Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence. Support team members by multitasking across various administrative responsibilities as needed. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service is required. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Effective verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
