Greenway Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Greenway Automotive is hiring for an Experienced Warranty Administrator with Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Chevrolet, and Ford experience.♦Warranty Admin: help managing warranty papers and claims. Duties are collaborating with managers and technicians, fulfilling warranty requirements, solving warranty issues, monitoring defective products, maintaining records of customer details, and reporting to warrantors.♦Warranty Admin: They organize and help with warranty claims made by the customers. The warranty assistant should have exceptionally high ethical standards.The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous retail and/or customer service experience that includes money-handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience. KIA warranty experience preferred. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer and internet skills, and an excellent customer service focus.Responsibilities:Perform research on warranties and prepare customize warranty papers for work.Review all warranty claims and administer it with warranty awarded.Coordinate with manager and prepare repair order for authorization as per warranty requirement.Assist various departments and fulfill all warranty requirements.Assist customers with all warranty service and prepare associate documents.Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor and manufacturer requirement.Qualifications:Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Chevrolet, and Ford warranty experienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multitaskNeat, clean, and professional appearancePrevious customer service or related experience preferredHelpful attitude and friendly demeanorExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressHighly trustworthy and security consciousBenefits:Competitive PayEmployee Purchase and Service DiscountsOngoing Training and EducationPaid VacationFull benefits options including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Accident Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanState of the Art Facility with a Professional Working EnvironmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
