Combining deep industry context with AI-native engineering and a reuse-first mindset, Acclero is committed to helping clients learn, adapt, and deliver measurable impact in weeks, not quarters.Role Description The Dotnet Developer will work on-site in Houston, TX in a full-time capacity, designing, developing, and maintaining scalable .NET applications that support AI-first solutions and data-driven execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code; implementing new features and integrations; optimizing performance; and troubleshooting application issues across the stack. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, data engineers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and participating in code reviews and architectural discussions. The Dotnet Developer will also contribute to improving development processes, ensuring code quality and security, and supporting deployment and maintenance in production environments.QualificationsStrong proficiency in .NET development (e.g., C#, ASP.NET Core) with experience in building web APIs, services, or enterprise applications.Skills in front-end or UI development (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, HTML/CSS) and ability to integrate client-side and server-side components.Experience with databases and data access (e.g., SQL Server, ORM frameworks, query optimization) to build reliable, performant data layers.Knowledge of software engineering practices (e.g., object-oriented design, design patterns, unit testing, code review) and version control tools.Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps concepts (e.g., containerization, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation) is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt to evolving requirements.Experience with AI/ML-related systems, data-driven applications, or high-velocity experimentation environments is a plus.If this excites you share your profile to careers@acclero.ai
