Manufacturing Technician

Manufacturing OperatorOur client, an industry leader in equipment remanufacturing and warehouse operations, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing and warehouse support team, contributing to the efficient remanufacturing, maintenance, and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Location: Walpole, MAPay Range: $25Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through FridayWhat's the Job?Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including Island Oasis owned and customer-owned assets.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics.Disassemble, clean, reassemble equipment, and replace defective components as needed.Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a hazard-free work environment in the warehouse.Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.What's Needed?High school diploma or GED equivalent.Solid mechanical ability and knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and safety codes.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in various environmental conditions.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.Hands-on experience with a variety of equipment and systems.Potential for growth within a reputable organization.Consistent schedule with weekends off.Competitive pay rate of $25 per hour.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
