NET/Power BI Developer OnsiteAbout The Job Duration: 12-Month Contract w. possible extension Location: Jackson, MS Pay rate: Hourly Job ID: 135718 Overview:DataSoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a .NET/Power BI Developer to join our client in Jackson, MS. The client is currently building the next generation eligibility applications using the latest technologies and are looking for a developer with a true passion for modern web development technologies and frameworks, and experience on the server crafting robust Web APIs based on a highly efficient and extensible application tier. You will be working with server technologies such as ASP.NET Web API 2 and .NET 4.5 to produce applications.Responsibilities: Must have prior expert level technical experience with Peoplesoft as well as some functional experience supporting PeopleSoft Pension Administration System and Perform all duties of upgrade including building demo, patching, initial test move, performance tuning, project planning, and all moves to production passes Perform all duties of the application migration including building all environments, patching, developing migration plan, performing migration, testing, issue resolution, and performance tuning Qualifications: Advanced (5-7 Years) technical expertise in: 6+ years of C# 2+ years of Power BI dashboard development 8+ years of database design and implementation .NET Framework (4.0 or later) NET Web API (2 or later) SQL 2008 (or later) Azure ADO.Net JQuery Bootstrap Entity Framework 8 or more years' practical experience in: HTML5 and CSS3 Advanced knowledge of: SCRUM/Sprint methodologies Visual Studio (2012 or later) IIS (7 or later) Windows Client (7 or later) Windows Server (2008 R2 or later) Preferred: Jira Software Ability to work on many projects at one time Experience converting older technologies to new cutting edge technologies About Our CompanyDataSoft Technologies is a highly recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US.
