Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering.5+ years of Systems Engineering experience.Experience with requirements management and traceability.Knowledge of embedded systems and hardware/firmware integration.Experience with electromechanical systems.Hands-on experience with DOORS, Jira, or similar requirements management tools.Strong understanding of system architecture, verification, and validation.Experience working in regulated or safety-critical industries is preferred.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or ASPICE development processes.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
