The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Cook will be responsible for creating new menu items, managing inventory, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant standardsCreate new menu items and specialsManage inventory and order supplies as neededEnsure that all food is prepared to the highest standardsTrain and supervise kitchen staffMaintain a clean and organized kitchenAdhere to all health and safety regulations Requirements:Proven experience as a Cook (Chef de Cuisine) in a high-volume kitchenExcellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredientsAbility to create new menu items and specialsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; degree from a culinary school is a plusWe maintain a drug-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
