OverviewWe are seeking a client-facing Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer with strong experience within the Salesforce ecosystem to support enterprise and mid-market sales engagements. This individual will partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, leading discovery sessions, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and helping customers design scalable solutions aligned to their business workflows and revenue goals.This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, technical aptitude, and communication skills. The ideal candidate understands how sales and RevOps teams operate within Salesforce and can translate customer pain points into practical, outcome-driven solutions.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle as the primary technical and solution resourceLead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, business challenges, and technical requirementsDeliver customized product demos focused on customer pain points and business outcomesDesign and recommend solutions within Salesforce environments and related GTM ecosystemsSupport proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilots, and technical validation activitiesTranslate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAssist with RFP/RFI responses, solution documentation, and technical presentationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation teamsSupport customer onboarding and adoption initiatives when neededMaintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate documentation throughout the sales processRequirements3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or a similar client-facing technical role within SaaSStrong experience working within the Salesforce ecosystemHands-on understanding of:Salesforce objectsFlows / workflow automationValidation rulesReporting and dashboardsCRM configurations and integrationsExperience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cyclesAbility to lead discovery and align solutions to customer business processes and operational workflowsExperience delivering demos and presentations to executive, business, and technical stakeholdersStrong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flowsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsPreferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.)Experience working with RevOps, sales engagement, or revenue intelligence platformsFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or DocuSignExperience with workflow automation, SaaS implementations, or customer onboardingExposure to AI-enabled sales or productivity tools
