This position supports the College's enrollment efforts by connecting prospective students to Coastal Bend College through recruitment initiatives, enrollment guidance, and personalized student support through the onboarding processes to support successful enrollment at CBC.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesRepresent Coastal Bend College at high schools, college and career fairs, and community events.Serves as a student advocate for prospective and newly admitted students navigating the enrollment process.Analyze recruitment and enrollment trends to assist in developing enrollment strategies and initiatives.Conduct individualized meetings with prospective students and families.Coordinate and lead campus tours and enrollment events.Identify, pursue, and cultivate prospective student leads and enrollment markets.Plan and implement recruitment activities and outreach strategies.Facilitate pop-up registration and enrollment events.Track and analyze data necessary to measure the effectiveness of enrollment management initiatives.Respond to prospective student inquiries through various methods of communication, including phone, email, and text messaging.Promote career exploration with available software and technology.Assist students in navigating admissions, financial aid, registration, and student engagement processes to support successful enrollment.Utilize the College's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to coordinate communications and track the enrollment funnel.Maintain compliance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and all applicable College policies.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsFamiliar with College enrollment processes, including admissions, financial aid, testing, etc.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and walk and stand for long periods of timePreferred Qualifications:Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with diverse student populations, community partnerships, or recruitment initiativesDemonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and report data to support recruitment goals and enrollment reporting requirementsSales, outreach, or relationship management experience preferredSupplemental InformationTravel Requirements:Employee must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance to travel to recruitment and community events, target high schools, meetings, trainings, and other College-related events.Environment:Work is generally performed in an office setting with frequent interruptions and varying workflow demands.
