Use drawings and routing sheets to perform the following:Use Plasma Cutter, Oxy-fuel torch, hand plasma, or Iron worker to burn/punch/bevel nozzle, coupling, drain or mounting holes in shell pipe/tubing or other structural plate and bar.Use computer to download and store drawings to program the Fixed Plasma Cutter.Use plasma machine to burn elliptical shapes on dome and nozzle assembly ends to conform to shell diagram.Use appropriate hand grinding tools to remove burning slag, rust, scale, or punching burrs to assembly or final weld set-up.Use mechanical lifting equipment.Occasional use of horizontal saw to cut shell pipe to length.Minimum Requirements:GED or High School diplomaRead and work off of blue printsGood verbal and written communication skills1-5 years experience in a manufacturing environmentDetail orientatedAbility to work well with othersPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry heavy itemsStand and walk for extended periodsPerform repetitive tasks such as bending, stooping and reachingINDZ
