Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-Site)$140,000 – $180,000 Base SalaryFull-Time | Monday–FridayA fast-growing healthcare and pharmaceutical organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and scale the HR function across a highly regulated operational environment. This company specializes in compounding pharmacy and healthcare services, supporting clinical, operational, and quality-driven teams in a fast-paced setting.The ideal candidate is a strategic HR leader who can operate both at the executive level and in day-to-day HR operations. This role will partner closely with leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with company growth and operational goalsOversee talent acquisition for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, sterile compounding teams, and corporate staffDrive employee relations, performance management, and leadership development initiativesEnsure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory standardsPartner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational designManage compensation structures, benefits administration, HR operations, and vendor relationshipsLead and mentor the HR team across recruiting, benefits, and HR management functionsChampion culture, engagement, retention, and internal communication strategiesRequired Qualifications:8+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceBackground in healthcare, pharmacy, biotech, or another highly regulated industryStrong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practicesExperience supporting licensed professionals and operational teamsProven ability to build HR infrastructure in a growing organizationStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPreferred / Nice to Have:Master’s degreeExperience within sterile compounding or pharmacy environmentsPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certificationsFamiliarity with FDA guidance, USP standards, and pharmacy board regulationsWhy This Role:Executive-level visibility and partnership with leadershipOpportunity to shape HR strategy within a rapidly scaling organizationHigh-impact role with influence across operations, quality, and cultureStrong compensation package and long-term growth potentialIf you have experience leading HR functions in regulated environments and enjoy building scalable people operations, this could be an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
