Description Our Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring and performing cycle counts on inventory. Job Responsibilities Performs daily cycle counts on the items assigned Meets deadlines for reporting compliance Performs consolidations within the RDC Identifies the causes of inventory discrepancies Makes recommendations to correct recurring errors Reports results of audits to management on a regular basis Performs any other tasks as defined by Leads, Supervisor, Ops Manager or Director Abides by all Federal, State, and Local laws Qualifications Safety 1st Mentality High school diploma or GED preferred Must be 18 years or older Prior material handling equipment experience preferred Prior distribution center experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs Ability to operate a forklift at heights up to 25 feet Must be a self-starter, ambitious and highly motivated Ability to work independently within established parameters and meet deadlines Ability to reason and solve problems Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English Knowledge of basic math skills and some computer experience Ability to use a calculator and perform basic math calculations accurately Detail oriented Experience with cycle counting / inventory management preferred Benefits Market competitive compensation 401(k) and Roth with company match.
