And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for long term care/skilled nursing and rehabilitation within the communities we serve.Job Duties:Answer callsComplete filingGreet visitors and vendors.Act as an assistant to the Administrator and Business Office Manager and will complete simple tasks for them as well.Act as a gracious host to our visitors and residents with excellent customer service!Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxingAdditional tasks determined by leadership teamWe'd love the opportunity to speak to you in regard to joining our team and helping create an amazing home for our residents!
